The Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica has taught 30 students on Gender Equality and European Union in the pilot phase of the project.

20151107_092422Thirty students of the Centro Académico Limón, of  TEC of Costa Rica, have been taught in gender equality and integration processes in the pilot phase of G-NET project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. The course was carried out in the Center of Humanities with the collaboration of PhD Paloma Pontón of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain).

Reunion_PalomaPonton_TECPaloma Pontón is a researcher specialized in the field of gender inequalities, and takes part in the development of teaching materials and the preparation of the G-NET training courses. Since October 2015, she is doing a research stage in the TEC, funded by the fellowship program “Becas Iberoamérica Jóvenes Profesores e Investigadores” of Banco Santander.
